The Service (including site design, logos, and original content) is owned by ITNetTools or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

You may:

  • Use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
  • Copy, sell, resell, or redistribute the Service or its contents in a way that suggests ITNetTools endorsement or ownership, except where permitted by law.

Tool outputs:

  • Outputs generated by tools are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for how you use them.

5) No Professional Advice

The Service provides informational results and recommendations. It does not provide legal, compliance, or professional advice. You should validate results independently and apply professional judgment.

6) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITNETTOOLS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability,
  • error-free operation,
  • that tool outputs will meet your requirements.

7) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITNETTOOLS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITNETTOOLS’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8) Accounts (If Offered)

If you create an account (where available), you are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials,
  • all activity under your account,
  • notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
